Rustic Furs n Leather was established in 2008 as a home-based business, born from my passion for working with high-quality, natural materials.

From the beginning, I sourced and used whole skins from across New Zealand, including calf, deer, lamb, leather and possum, creating handcrafted pieces with care, purpose and respect for the materials.

In 2019, I made the move to Perth, Western Australia. While the move was exciting, there was no way I could leave my business! or my love for it behind in New Zealand.:)

So, I packed up a box of possum products, materials and bits and pieces. i sourced sewing machines, and continued creating from Australia.

I still work closely with trusted suppliers in New Zealand, Australia and other parts of the world to ensure the same quality and authenticity remains in every piece.

Today, Rustic Furs n Leather is proudly established in Perth, WA. You’ll find me at a range of local markets, through online sales, and creating custom-made orders.

Every item is still made with the same passion, care and attention to detail that started it all back in 2008.
