This website, www.rusticfursnleather.com, is operated by Rustic Furs N Leather in Perth, Western Australia. These Terms & Conditions of use only apply to Rustic Furs N Leather and do not apply to any of the other brands featured on this site, including any external websites that have been linked to.  

Our Service

Our Service allows you to view and purchase a range of products by Rustic Furs N Leather as well as products by Partner Brands. In addition, we provide the arrangement of product delivery and applicable customer service activities.    

Products

We attempt to be as accurate as possible in the description and representation of products. However, as some descriptions are based on information provided by Partner Brands, we cannot guarantee that descriptions are totally accurate, complete, reliable or error-free. Although we attempt to display colours accurately, we cannot guarantee that your computer's display of the colours accurately reflects the colour of the products.

Pricing

Prices shown on the website are in Australian Dollars (AUD). Prices are subject to change without notice, effective immediately upon posting to the website or other form of notification.

Delivery costs are not included in the prices and will be charged in addition. The delivery costs will vary depending on the products that you have ordered and your delivery address. Please see the “Shipping and Returns” page for further details. The delivery costs applicable to your order will be clearly displayed on the website before you place your order.

Orders

The website allows you to check your order and correct any errors before sending it. Please review and check your order before completing. You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide is accurate (for example selection of the correct products, quantities, size, colour, etc.). This also includes your personal information. Rustic Furs N Leather is not liable for any losses occurring as a result of being provided incorrect customer shipping, contact details or other information.

We reserve the right to not accept your order for any reason. For example, if the product ordered is out of stock or is not available for any other reason. We endeavour to deliver items to locations worldwide, however if our delivery partners are unable to deliver to your address for any reason, we reserve the right to cancel the order. 

Payments

Customers may pay for their order securely on www.rusticfursnleather.com through the Shopify platform, or with third party payment providers Paypal or Afterpay. These platforms are separate to Rustic Furs 'N' Leather and customers are bound to the terms of use outlined by these specific platforms. If these payment options are selected, customers will be taken to a separate site to complete the transaction. 

Shipping & Delivery

*CURRENT DELIVERY TIMES MAY BE SLIGHTLY LONGER THAN USUAL DUE TO COVID-19. WE THANK YOU FOR YOUR UNDERSTANDING.

The estimated delivery date of the products will be stated in your order confirmation. We will try to ensure that your order is delivered by this date but there may be circumstances where delivery is delayed because of events beyond our reasonable control. If this happens, we will try and arrange for your products to be delivered as soon as possible, but we will not be liable to you for any losses caused as a result of such delay.

Delivery times may vary depending on the availability of the products and your delivery address. Delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. If no one is available at your address to take delivery, our delivery partner will leave you a note and you will need to contact them to rearrange delivery.

International Delivery

Details of the countries we deliver to can be found on our Shipping and Returns page. If you order products for delivery to an international destination, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which may be applied when the delivery reaches that destination.

You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the products are destined. We will not be liable or responsible if you break any such laws.
